Supper Clubs

I can cook for your next event whether it’s a daytime or evening meal. It could be a sit down affair or food to pass around. We could be indoors or outside, depending on the venue and the time of year. 

At the moment I am focusing on small events of up to and including thirty guests. My menus are vegetarian and can be vegan if required. All menus are fully focused on seasonal produce and will be locally sourced as far as possible.

Menu

  • Overnight cured pollack, fennel and blood orange

  • Asparagus and romesco sauce 

  • Celeriac and mussel risotto 

  • Salad of local micro greens 

  • Little glass of sloe gin trifle 

This set menu was designed to reflect the produce of a local grower and the importance of Newlyn’s harbour, the heart beat of the community. Although the menu includes seafood the focus is on what comes from the soil.
